When will my order be delivered if I order before 17:00

If the product is in stock, the delivery time is one to two working days. In case you placed a pre-order, the delivery time is stated on the product page. 

I placed my order but have not received anything. What now?

Do you also ship outside the Netherlands?

Yes, on the checkout page you can select your country of residence. 

How do I track my order?

You will always receive a link to track your order when it has been shipped. As soon as the order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number from our shipping partner. So you know when you package is on its way 

What are the costs of delivery?

We ship orders in the Benelux for free for orders over 55 euros. For orders below 55 euro we charge 4,95 euros for orders to the Netherlands and Belgium.

I have forgotten my login details, how do I get them back?

Navigate to the my account login page. On this page you can select “I forgot my password”. You will then receive an email to reset your password.

Returns

What is your return policy?

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning from your home to the webshop are for your own account. If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to Kenko with all accessories supplied and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging.

How can I return a product?

A return can be registered by means of the return form, which is at the bottom of our homepage. The product may be returned including a copy of the invoice, or may be sent to: Kenkô Skincare stating the invoice number

We will refund the order amount due within 14 days after registration of the return, provided the product has already been returned in good order.
