If the product is in stock, the delivery time is one to two working days. In case you placed a pre-order, the delivery time is stated on the product page.

Yes, on the checkout page you can select your country of residence. 

Unfortunately, it is not possible to add a product to an order that has already been placed.
Has the order already been paid? Please inform us if the order has not yet been shipped so that the product can still be added.

As soon as we have received payment, the order will be shipped. For any change to the order that takes place immediatly after payment, it is best to contact us as soon as possible by sending us an email to the following e-mail address:

Yes, this is possible. You can enter a shipping address on the checkout page. 

Our orders are delivered with DPD and bicycle couriers (in many dutch cities). You will always receive a link to track your order when it has been shipped. 

We offer the possibility to send orders to an address or collection point. We ship orders in the Benelux for free for orders over 50 euros. 

As soon as the order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number from our shipping partner. So you know when you package is on its way 

When no one is home at first delivery, you will find a card in your mailbox. This states whether the package has been delivered to your neighbours. If this is not the case, you can choose a new delivery options using the delivery code on the card and your zipcode.

The secure payment methods are: iDeal, Mastercard, Visa and Bancontact. 

Navigate to the my account login page. On this page you can select “I forgot my password”. You will then receive an email to reset your password.

Returns

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning from your home to the webshop are for your own account. If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to Kenko with all accessories supplied and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging.

A return can be registered by means of the return form, which is at the bottom of our homepage. The product may be returned including a copy of the invoice, or may be sent to: Kenkô Skincare stating the invoice number

We will refund the order amount due within 14 days after registration of the return, provided the product has already been returned in good order.
